Karzai Rival Refuses to Concede Election

(AP) -- KABUL, Afghanistan - Hamid Karzai's closest rival in Afghanistan's landmark election insisted Sunday he has a chance for victory, saying Karzai's commanding lead was based on early results and the election could turn on an investigation of fraud allegations.

Looks like Afghanistan is well on its way to an America style setup... at least they've got the 'messed up election' and 'refusing to admit you lost' things down anyway.
